Once your application is submitted, you will receive an email confirming the application completion within 1-2 days. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam email folder and if you still do not receive it, please contact customer service.
Replace the SIM card after arriving at the airport or on the plane. (Please keep your existing SIM card safe as you will need to use it again after returning to your country.)
After arriving in Korea, turn the power off and on 3 to 4 times to recognize the new SIM card. When the phone is turned on, if SKT or KT appears in small letters in the upper left corner of the phone screen, the connection is successful.
10GB of high-speed data is provided, so we recommend using Wi-Fi whenever possible in places where Wi-Fi is available. If the SIM is not recognized even after installation, please contact customer service.
No refund or exchange if the opening procedure is in pending, damage in SIM card, any device issues and/or your carrier service providers’ issue.
